Warning Icon Important: Delight follow these steps carefully to avoid damages due to assembly mistakes which cannot be covered by warranty.

  1. Plough the brake preload screw to backside end position (lowest preload).
    ASSEMBLY
  2. To avoid pinching the vibration motor cablevision, insert the included installation tool (Gear up-1) 'backside' the brake assembly.

  3. Loosen the small screw (a) with Allen Fundamental 2,5 mm, then remove the sparse bolt (b) from the brake pedal lever.

  4. Disconnect the load jail cell cable from 'Brake' port at the mainboard and take it out of the cable clips. Then plough the brake associates downwards out from the restriction pedal lever.

  5. Remove the restriction pedal bolt.

  6. Remove the original Polyurethane springs and store them safely and light-protected for later apply.

  7. Insert the modest Polyurethane spring (East) from Brake Performance Kit package content into the preload screw:

  8. Select ii pieces of the Elastomer springs (A) – (D) from Brake Operation Kit packet content according to your preferences (refer to 'hardness comparison' of this Quick Guide) and apply Lithium grease (F) to their surface.

  9. Insert the selected two pieces of the Elastomer springs (A) – (D) into the preload screw.

  10. Insert the restriction pedal bolt into the preload screw.
    ASSEMBLY
  11. Turn back the brake associates into the restriction pedal lever (using the installation tool once again), then reconnect the load cell cablevision to the 'Restriction' port.

  12. Insert the thin bolt (a) into the brake pedal lever through the black cake at the brake bolt, and so tighten the pocket-size screw (b) with Allen Key 2,5 mm with moderate force again.

  13. Adjust the preload screw so that the scale is within the right use range and there is no mechanical  play in restriction pedal. Annotation: Preload screw cannot be used in the full range every bit before, its use is express only to eliminate the mechanical play.
